Mold Maker / Junior Mold Maker - Job Description

B A Die Mold is a leader in the design and fabrication of close tolerance, multi-action injection molds, serving customers in medical, consumables, automotive and other industries, from part design and solid modeling, to prototype molds and mold sampling and short run/pilot production. We are a lean shop, and this means everyone is an important member of our team. Both a positive can-do attitude and a willingness to work together with coworkers to manufacture "Bad Ass" molds is imperative!

B A Die Mold is seeking a Mold Manufacturer to join our team in Fox Valley/Aurora. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of Mold maker experience. 

The Mold Maker will manufacture small- to medium-sized plastic injection molds and prototypes. They will participate in job planning as well as sawing, drilling, milling, grinding, turning, fitting and assembling new molds. Maintenance and repair of existing molds, troubleshooting molds and general machining also fall under this role, as needed.

• Are you able to communicate effectively in English?
• Are you able to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time?
• Can you actively participate in design reviews, follow instructions, work well independently and work well with others?
• Do you have experience with NX/Unigraphics (UG), SolidWorks, or MasterCam?  That's a big plus, but we will train!
