Outside Sales Account Manager Job Description Outside Sales Account Manager Position Field Base- work out of your home Primary Area of Responsibility is the greater Chicago and Milwaukee Metro area. The focus is to grow revenue by developing new business and developing existing relationships within the designated market area. Key Responsibilities - Identify, prospect, and develop new customers through cold calling, referrals, networking, and in-person visits.
- Manage and grow an assigned sales territory to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Conduct on -site surveys, give presentations, and conduct needs assessments.
- Build long-term relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver accurate quotes, proposals, and contracts.
- Maintain detailed records in a HubSpot CRM.
- Attend Seminars and company sales meetings
Qualifications - Proven experience in outside sales B2B.
- Strong Prospecting, negotiating, and closing skills.
- Self-starter with strong time management and organizational skills.
- Proficient with CRM system, preferably HubSpot, but not mandatory.
- Industry experience in Manufacturing, Industrial Metalworking fluids, and distribution.
- History of exceeding sales quotas.
