Predictive Maintenance Technician - Job Description

Perform all aspects of maintenance in a manufacturing facility.
Responsibilities :
•Maintain and troubleshoot injection molding and assembly equipment, interact with vendor technical support.
•Facility systems and equipment, PC and PLC troubleshooting and program loading.
•Perform preventative maintenance along with other duties as directed.
Qualifications :
•Two-year technical degree or equivalent experience in a maintenance position.
•Injection molding experience preferred.
•Strong mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical aptitude required.
•Computer skills and effective verbal, written and interpersonal skills are essential.
•PC and PLC operating system experience a must.
•Ability to use measuring and leveling tools for fine adjustments.
•Candidate must be able to lift up to 60 pounds.
