Your Qualifications

• High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) with additional training such as Associates Degree, Advanced Manufacturing Certificate, or Technical Trade Certification.
• 5+ years of experience in the set-up of injection molding equipment.
• Strong foundational math skills for measurements, calculations, and adjustments.
• A "can-do" attitude towards completing job assignments, even with varying schedules and hours.
• Strong communication skills to work effectively with team members and convey technical information.
• Good understanding of mechanical systems and the ability to troubleshoot and maintain injection molding equipment.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision, demonstrating initiative and proactive problem-solving skills.
• A proven track record of positive work performance and a positive attitude towards challenges.
• Willingness to accept responsibility for tasks and be accountable for the quality and efficiency of the injection molding process.

As a Plastic Injection Molding Process Technician on our night shift, you will be responsible for the efficient operation of injection molding equipment. Your primary duties will include:

• Setting up and adjusting injection molding machines.
• Monitoring and controlling the production process to ensure quality and efficiency.
