Responsibilities:

• Lead and Facilitate: You'll work closely with individual Intec resources, ensuring seamless customer location development and management.
• Regional Impact: Manage our regional commercial book of business, handling forecasting, and commercial offers.
• Customer-Centric: Build lasting relationships with our valued customers by immersing yourself in their business objectives.
• Sales Growth: Develop innovative business target programs to achieve sales growth objectives.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree/Technical Degree desired and/or demonstrated significant work experience considered.
• Automotive Expertise: Tier 1 Automotive experience is essential.
• Sales Savvy: Minimum of 5 years' experience selling Automotive precision molded and/or die-cast components - technical background in plastics preferred.
• Track Record: Proven success in business development within the automotive market.
• Computer Skills: Proficiency with entire MS Office Suite including PowerPoint.

Additional Requirements & Preferences:

• Manufacturing Insight: Knowledge of the injection molding process (plastics preferred) or similar, applicable technical molding processes (die-casting, for example).
• Leadership Skills: Outstanding leadership, management, and interpersonal abilities.
• Communication: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Ready to Roll: Be prepared for local and some long-distance travel.
