Human Resources Generalist

Onsite role not remote Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

We are searching for the right person to join our HR team. This person will be team-focused, honest, accountable, continuous improvement-minded, have excellent communication skills, able to manage payroll processing for 300 employees and support our recruiting activities. This is full-time in office role (not remote).

Ideally, this HR professional will have 5+ years of direct experience in the following:

  • HR procedures including payroll processing
  • Benefits administration
  • HRIS management
  • New hire orientations
  • Performance Management

Skills and expertise in the following:

  • Talent acquisition
  • Employee event planning
  • Employee surveys/morale programs
  • Coaching
  • Wellness Initiatives
  • Time-off management
  • Employee relations
  • Business analytics
  • Onboarding and employee orientation
  • Employee handbook maintenance
  • Microsoft Office

Additionally would possess some of the following additional experience/education/certifications:

  • Paycom and EPICOR
  • Employee training and development coordination and facilitation
  • Recruiting and applicant tracking
  • SHRM-CP or SCP
  • Lean Manufacturing / 6 Sigma
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources OR 5+ comparable years of HR experience
