Metal Spinner - Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Safely set up, operate and adjust Manual and CNC Metal Spinning Lathes.
• Perform regular machine maintenance
• Work with materials such as Aluminum, Stainless Steel, Steel, Brass, Copper, and other materials as needed.
• Read blueprints as well as job travelers to determine product specifications.
• Follow schedules, work instructions, traveler and inspection documentation to produce parts in spec and on schedule.
• Perform 1st piece and in-process inspections using gauges, calipers, height gages, and other inspection tools.
• Follow and support all applicable ISO9001 & AS9100 standards and procedures
• The company provides regular training to maintain, cross-train, and upgrade skills.
